Every piece of feedback and every bug report is read by the person who builds Bhippi. That is how it gets better from one update to the next.
From inside Bhippi
The quickest way, because it carries what is needed to understand the problem.
- Open Settings (the gear at the bottom of the projects panel, or Ctrl+,).
- Choose Help & feedback.
- Pick Report a problem for a bug, or Tell us what you think for an idea or a rating.
Nothing is sent until you press Send. Folder paths and anything that looks like a key are hidden first, and including a screenshot is your choice.

For anything longer, a question about your account, or if Bhippi will not open.
support@bhippi.comInclude your Bhippi version (Help › About Bhippi Video Editor) and what you were doing when it happened.
What makes a report easy to fix
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
- The steps that lead to it, if you can repeat it.
- Which AI provider and model you were using, if the AI was involved.
